First time ever at a Tim Horton's. My husband said my visit to Canada isn't complete unless I have Tim Horton coffee, I must say, it was much better than our hotel room coffee. Was there to grab a sandwich and a diet coke, easy. Now there was no personality of the young man, without thanks, nothing. We felt we annoyed him. I have one vote and not the one I asked. the food was pushed into our window, and I asked for the diet coke and if he could take the koks, only one ****, no cake, closed the window on us and that was that very rude young man.
