I just dropped one star because there were no milk in both coffee machines, no brown sugar and more used/empty bag than full. There are no salt cache left. everything else was as they would expect from a weatherspoons. the personal was really nice and polite. However, I found it a bit from the cleansing and unprofessional of the male worker who wore shorts. View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about The Dee:
can not be beaten over the price of alcohol, half the price of most pubs. eating is from a good standard and relatiw fast to the table. the tables can be a little stunned with tellers etc., but to be fair, it can be very busy and the staff is busy. small outer surface to the rear. Unfortunately, no dogs are allowed, otherwise this would be a fab place. View all feedback.
I stopped by for lunch on my bike and waited an hour for my food, which arrived cold. It was a terrible experience. I received a refund, but feel sorry for the hardworking staff who are clearly understaffed. I won't be returning to any Wetherspoons restaurant again.
There's a CCTV camera overlooking the ladies toilet cubicle (not just the communal area as stated on the notices). What on earth......
Poor quality burnt food. When complaing about the food staff became surly. Couldn't care less attitude from staff. Visied this place about 3 months ago and everything was fine. Has gone down rather quickly in my opinion. Not a patch on the Queens Picture House in Waterloo.
Family of 10 for a birthday meal, poor, slow service, all day brunch which was cold, undercooked bacon, mixed grill was a disaster, meat was black and crispy, 8 chips. I wont be going again, I did complain to bar staff who just said ‘sorry’ they weren’t put out at all, staff were more concerned about customers using the app.
Very disappointing visit. Breakfast and drinks luke warm. This is sadly a repeat of our previous visit so will be unlikely to try again.
