I received a refund, but feel sorry for the hardworking staff who are clearly understaffed. I won't be returning to any Wetherspoons restaurant again.

When complaing about the food staff became surly. Couldn't care less attitude from staff. Visied this place about 3 months ago and everything was fine. Has gone down rather quickly in my opinion. Not a patch on the Queens Picture House in Waterloo.

The kitchen staff send out unappetizing and disgusting food, showing a lack of pride in their work. The tables were dirty, cutlery was dirty, and condiments were not wiped down. The server seemed hassled and uninterested, while the bar staff ignored customers and served regulars first. Overall, this used to be a better restaurant but it is now one of the worst. I do not recommend going here as you will be lucky to get a decent meal.

I wont be going again, I did complain to bar staff who just said ‘sorry’ they weren’t put out at all, staff were more concerned about customers using the app.
