My partner and I popped in to our local Caffe Nero after he found out he could get a free hot drink with O2. The Barista Jay stood out with her green hair, she was friendly and helpful and made us the best hot chocolates ever! View all feedback.

I was disappointed with the much-hyped iced cherry latte. It was worse than a regular iced latte and overpriced at nearly £4, mainly for a synthetic-tasting cherry syrup. The appearance and flavor were both unappealing. Additionally, the service felt rushed, and it seemed like the staff weren't properly trained baristas. View all feedback.
Tea served in dirty and chipped cup. Coffee served in chipped cup,had to return both. Coffee cup was the worse as had two really large chips on rim which could of cut mouth !!!!!!
Great service as always staff are very friendly, great coffee staff are always happy to help and the Coffee is good quality.
Come here a couple of times a month with husband and children. Staff are always so lovely (usually 2 men) and can’t do enough for us. Coffee is the best around, and has cute little latte art when they have the time. Can’t recommend enough, the staff really do make the place.
I come in every day, and Ben and Rita always make it a great experience. They’re consistently welcoming, friendly, and create such a positive atmosphere. Staff were unable to scan my voucher. She said it's invalid but my company says it's valid. There were two girls serving us yesterday 16 July 2025 at around 1pm. Coffee cream was sour. Coffee tasted very bad because of sour cream. Staff argued with customers because they wanted to sit upstairs but they were not allowed. Unpleasant experience in Birkenhead Nero Caffe.
