There were two girls serving us yesterday 16 July 2025 at around 1pm. Coffee cream was sour. Coffee tasted very bad because of sour cream. Staff argued with customers because they wanted to sit upstairs but they were not allowed. Unpleasant experience in Birkenhead Nero Caffe. Price per person: £10–20 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
