My partner and I popped in to our local Caffe Nero after he found out he could get a free hot drink with O2. The Barista Jay stood out with her green hair, she was friendly and helpful and made us the best hot chocolates ever! View all feedback.
What Miau M doesn't like about Caffe Nero:
the so much advertised iced cherry latte was terrible! worse then a regular iced latte and so overpriced, almost £4 just because they added a fake tasting cherry syrup. it looked and tasted terrible! service was rushed, got the impression that they are not properly trained baristas! Beautiful coffee, I have to admit. friendly service, also not too pricy for a caffe that is and you can sit outside!
Good coffee shop in the center of birkenhead, next to the shops and market. I sat inside and got a beautiful chocolate orange donut and cappuccino. above was closed so that it was difficult to get a table down. I have a little table next to the toilet, so I didn't stay as long as I wanted. there was a sitting outside, but I found it was too cold to rest.
Always a great place for me and my family. the brown haired barrister is super nice, friendly and welcoming and all in all just makes our visit so something better, so thank you!
WE have been going into Nero, for years cannot fault the place new male staff, very pleasant and always a laugh with them, as for the Coffee, ist class. Roy
