What User doesn't like about Tommy Ruff Fish (windsor):
I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant. The staff was really nice, and the atmosphere was beautiful, but the dinner fell short of expectations. The starter was served at the same time as the main course. The calamari wasn’t grilled and was only enjoyable when warm. The sweet potato chips were excellent but served cold.
