But the host offered us tea while we were waiting. That was nice of them.

Next, we tried t... read more I went in with low expectations, but I was pleasantly surprised. We began with the burrata, which was good, though nothing out of the ordinary. Next, we tried the lemon chicken and the chicken Marsala. The lemon chicken was enjoyable, but a little lacking in flavor. The Marsala, on the other hand, was exceptional—full of flavor and truly the highlight of the meal. For dessert, we had the seasonal lemon cheesecake, which was delightful and reminiscent of the cooking from my childhood. There's no salt on the tables because the dishes are meant to be enjoyed as they are. If I return to the Catskills, I will definitely stop by again.
