The customer service was disappointing. A young girl attended to us, but when we inquired about the mini-golf activity, she didn’t hear us clearly and responded with "What?" instead of "Excuse me."
Fantastic, friendly staff. Custom cakes are awesome and fresh!
It feels like they are always open. The service is excellent, the prices are reasonable, and it's one of my favorite spots in Windham.
The service was terrible! A man I can only assume was the owner was incredibly rude and clearly annoyed that we decided to walk into his establishment. He didn't greet us and only asked if it was all on one order. When we told him no, he then rolled hiseyes. A person in our group asked for sprinkles and he wouldn't put them on stating they wouldn't stick because it was not softserve. I would suggest they clean up the place and learn to control their facial expressions and they might bring in morepositive business.
The service was terrible! The man who I believe was the owner was astonishingly rude and appeared annoyed that we decided to dine at his restaurant. He didn’t even greet us, only asking if our order was complete. When we said it wasn’t, he rolled his eyes. One of my friends requested sprinkles, but he denied her, claiming they wouldn’t stick since it wasn’t soft serve. I suggest they clean up the restaurant and improve their attitude.
