My wife and I recently visited Windham, NY and we enjoy Chinese cuisine, so we decided to give it a try. My partner and I are vegan, and get the sesame bean curd, general tso’s bean curd, spring rolls, edamame, and veggie fried rice almost every week. The folks there are so nice and make delicious food.
Really delicious Chinese food! A perfect place to grab a hearty take-out meal after a day of skiing. Their chicken broccoli and sesame chicken were so good!
They are take out only now except for some outdoor tables that could use a little sprucing up. Food was good as always.
I was impressed! You know Chinese food is always the same. Not often do you find one that tastes actually really good. Most are bland, tasteless, dry not even soy sauce or duck sauce can help. This is the 2nd Chinese restaurant in my lifetime that actually was excellent! The fried rice even tasted fresh! Everything we ordered was wonderful. Happy I didn’t have to say the same ole, same ole!

However, the broth in the won ton soup lacked flavor. The portions were decent. The shrimp with lobster sauce and the broccoli were average, but the main disappointment was the fried rice. It was white and bland, unlike any fried rice we have ever had. Unfortunately, most of the dinner ended up uneaten.
