This place has really declined. It's hit or miss when it comes to the food. I don't want to criticize them too harshly, but they really need to improve. I noticed that the staff at the drive-thru seems unhappy. The burgers were lacking toppings; my rodeo burger had just a tiny onion ring and barely any BBQ sauce. Additionally, the drive-thru was unexpectedly closed at times—was it a smoke break? View all feedback.

We went back to the counter to address the mistake and waited an additional ten minutes before they finally corrected our order. I took a bite of my chicken sandwich, only to realize I had bitten down on something hard—my tooth! It was my first time in America, and I expected fast food to be great, but I left feeling very dissatisfied.
I ordered a sweet, icy ice cream, but it turned out to be unsweetened.
The French fries was cold even after sitting in the long line.
Food was amazing fresh and hot reasonably priced and staff was courteous friendly and helpful
