This place is going downhill fast. Hit or miss with the food. I hate to bash them, but they need to pick their game up. I can tell the drive thru employee hates her job. Burgers had absolutely nothing on them. Rodeo burger with a scrap onion ring and literally a dab of bbq. Drive thru has also been closed at random times. Smoke break?
We pulled up. we ordered. twenty minutes goes by. still no service. finally we order. we pay. we pull out. order is wrong. missing two chicken fries. we pull back around. we wait another ten minuets. they give us our correct order. i bite into my chicken fry. i bite into a tooth. i cry. this was my first time ever in america. i thought the fast food would be great, very dissatisfied.
This burger king is a drive through only right now. However the service was very fast. The order was correct when I got it. There was a line at the driver through but it went very quickly. It was lunch time so the line wasn't bad considering the time of day on a Saturday. Service: Take out Meal type: Lunch
I ordered four items: a chicken sandwich, a double whopper, fries, and mozzarella sticks. It wasn't a complicated order, yet they shortchanged me on the mozzarella sticks while still charging me for them. The staff demands $15 an hour, but they can't seem to complete a simple task. I think it would be better to replace them with robots—they would probably do a better job. I'm really frustrated with the lack of accountability and poor customer service.
