Dunkin' - Wind Gap

This is the only place I know of where you can't go inside. They really should let customers enter and place their orders so that we don't have to wait in the drive-thru for so long.

I can't understand how this Dunkin' is so popular! This is the second time I've ordered a large coffee, and they filled it almost entirely with foam. It feels more like a small cup inside a large one, with half of it being foam!

This is by far the worst location I've ever visited. Should I begin with the fact that they don’t have enough staff, leaving only the drive-thru open? Here I am, stuck in the middle of a highway. Or perhaps I should mention that when I finally decided to park for my mobile order, I found out it's drive-thru only. They really need to get it together! You’d be better off going to the Dunkin' in Bangor, even if their coffee tastes like river water.

I will never order from this establishment ever again. I placed an order on the app and selected walk in pickup. If this is not an option DO HAVE IT ON YOUR APP! When we finally got our food and drinks they were cold!! Never again!!!! Also when I calledthe establishment about picking up the order she said come to side door when I tried to ask her what side door she hung up on meand wouldn?t answer the phone when I tried to call back. Horrible service never again!

I get everyone everyone is tired and overworked.. but its no reason to treat your customers so poorly. If you can 't figure out how to turn off the 'walk in ' option, then call corporate help desk! It 's 2022, we all know you can turn it off and if youcan 't, someone in the world can.. why upset your customers over your laziness. Toast was a crouton, bacon was fresh from bag..still cold and covered in bacon fat.. the drink was just as bad.. apparently everyone has given up.. Also, attitudes are poor!Manager hides and says nothing when their employees are making the business look bad and treating customers like trash. Theemployee copt an attitude and closed the window in my face. Corporate will be hearing about all of this.. such a shame. Don 'twaste your money at this establishment until they turn things around.
