American Lobster - Wind Gap
American Lobster
Description
In a mixed bag of experiences, local patrons share a range of sentiments about their dining outings. While some celebrate delightful meals and attentive service—especially for special occasions—their positive remarks are often overshadowed by tales of long waits, incorrect orders, and lackluster food quality. Many note that despite the restaurant's vibrant atmosphere and potential, service inconsistencies, such as meals arriving at different times and orders being mixed up, detract from the overall experience. While certain dishes shine, particularly seafood offerings, others leave diners disappointed, prompting suggestions to seek alternatives for a more reliable experience.

We decided to celebrate my wifes birthday last night here. Unfortunately maybe just a bad night but we had a bad experience. Almost everyone at our table was not pleased with their food, the service was slow. Some of our complaints the chocken tasted like seafood, noodles undercooked, soupy type seafood dinner. We have visited this restaurant in the past and had a good experience. Food: 2
My husband and I decided to try the all-you-can-eat crab legs at this restaurant. The first batch that arrived was overcooked and not even warm. We informed the waitress, who promptly brought out a new batch for my husband. When she checked on me, I was still struggling with the crab legs. She quickly returned with a fresh bucket of perfectly steamed crabs. Delicious! From that point on, the meal improved. In the end, they resolved the issue effectively. Service: Dine-in.
The prime rib was excellent, the smoked wings were delicious and top-notch. I love their fries as well. You definitely get what you pay for at this restaurant. I will definitely be returning in the future. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
