Description
The Flower Pots Inn, affectionately known as the "Pots" by our regulars, is a traditional Hampshire village Inn nestled within the picturesque South Downs. Located just a stone's throw away from The Flower Pots Brewery where our signature beers are brewed, our Inn provides a cozy atmosphere and a friendly greeting. For many decades, we have been proud to serve our award-winning cask ales, a variety of beverages, and delicious homemade meals to all of our visitors. It is our honor to have been featured in CAMRA's Good Pub Guide for over 45 years.

This restaurant has a wonderful atmosphere with delicious food, relaxed vibes, and friendly staff providing great service. The beer selection is also excellent. We definitely plan on returning and recommend booking a table in advance as it is quite popular.
We have visited this restaurant before and enjoyed the atmosphere and food. However, on this occasion, another table tried to add their drinks to our bill. We had booked a table inside for Sunday lunch to catch up with friends, but the tables were cramped and the small bar was overwhelmed with queues. We had to wait over an hour for our main course due to understaffing, even though the garden was busy and there was a function in the Barn. There were too many dogs in the restaurant/bar area, which was not ideal for non-dog lovers. The food was good, but we felt cramped and ended up skipping dessert and leaving after just the main course. The seating arrangement needs improvement. We will not be returning any time soon and will inform our local friends of our experience.
The roast beef at this restaurant is truly outstanding, with all the delicious trimmings. The desserts are also exceptional, especially the Flowerpots chocolate pot which was divine. This might be the best dessert I've ever tasted! The pannacotta was also amazing, with creamy texture and bursting vanilla pods. Overall, a fantastic lunch experience with excellent staff and delicious food.
This is a lovely place with character and charm. The service was really good and it is nice to have proper, unique home-made food, rather than conveyer belt food (like The Harvester and Beefeater). I am hoping to return within the next month with the friends who recommended this restaurant in the first place.
