This time, I ordered two chili dishes, and they were nothing but sauce, plus there was no straw for my drink. That's over $13 wasted! What a disappointment!

There were also no toys available for t... read more I received the wrong food, the fries were cold, and they ran out of lettuce without informing me when I placed my order. There were also no toys available for the kids' meals, and I didn’t get a receipt. The staff member tried to correct my order, but unfortunately, she made another mistake. I didn't have time to wait for it to be fixed again, and I was too frustrated to remain calm. Now I have to find something else for my son to eat so he can enjoy his dinner.

I placed my order at the speaker, and a girl came to the window wrapped in a blanket to take my payment and then handed me my change. When I mentioned the sauce I needed, the window shut. Three minutes later, another girl opened the window and handed me a bag without saying a word. The only conversation was when I placed the order and requested the sauce. Also, why is the dining area still closed? It seems to be the only place in America that hasn't reopened its dining area as of November 2022.

I orde... read more I love Wendy's, which is why I keep coming back, but this location often misses a random condiment—sometimes ketchup, sometimes mustard, or even pickles. I order the same thing every time, a double stack. Wendy's food usually tastes great regardless, but make sure to check your order before leaving the drive-thru. This has happened the last three times I've been here.

They also didn’t ha... read more Initially, my experience was quite disappointing. They were out of fries, ingredients for Frostys, Dr. Pepper—basically everything I wanted. They also didn’t have the items to make my sandwich, but instead of informing me, they let me place the order. When I got home, it was just a plain double cheeseburger. While the shortages weren’t their fault, they should have told me. Since I had already paid, I called to speak with the manager. He was very kind and resolved the issue right away! Everyone at the restaurant was extremely friendly; it seemed like they were just having a stressful night because their delivery truck was delayed. Mistakes happen, but this was handled with professionalism and integrity. This is by far the best Wendy’s I’ve been to, and the general manager is the nicest person!
