There was a dead bu... read more If I could give zero stars, I definitely would. Both drink machines were broken, which meant customers had to go up to get their own drinks. There was a dead bug at the entrance, and the floor was dirty, making it quite slippery. It felt chaotic with spills all over the place. To make matters worse, the service was incredibly slow. Overall, it was a highly disappointing experience. Date of visit: 05/03/2019.

I placed my order at the speaker, and a girl came to the window wrapped in a blanket to take my payment and then handed me my change. When I mentioned the sauce I needed, the window shut. Three minutes later, another girl opened the window and handed me a bag without saying a word. The only conversation was when I placed the order and requested the sauce. Also, why is the dining area still closed? It seems to be the only place in America that hasn't reopened its dining area as of November 2022.
