The service was bad. This was management's fault. One waitress to serve multiple tables plus takeout. This was not her fault. Both host and bartender ignored our waves. New crew came in and started singing and dancing and chatting around the bar. I'm an old school waitress who never let someone's drink go empty. I find this service personally insulting.

My friends have told me the menu is revamped, however the items seem like any other restaurant.In the sharing platter the cheese sticks were okay, the rest very basic.I tried the items others ordered and nothing seemed anything special. I ordered the Mac and Cheese with chicken tenders. The tenders were okay, the mac and cheese I believe had 4 cheeses but you couldn’t taste much.I think it’s a basic restaurant to go when you have nowhere else to go. The service is good and I guess that’s pretty much it.

While the restaurant itself had the usual Applebee's vibe, the staff was truly exceptional. They were professionally friendly and genuinely concerned about providing great service. As a customer, I appreciate feeling like my business is valued, and that's exactly how my family and I were treated. This positive experience encouraged me to tip more generously and recommend THIS specific Applebee's.
