Workers at location were completely uncooperative and short when asked to slice for order for me.

Instead of immediately replacing our food they... read more This place needs to get their stuff together. We placed an online order and someone stole it before we got there. Instead of immediately replacing our food they dumped us back in the queue and we had to wait almost a half hour for them to remake it. Anhour after our original order we FINALLY got it. Ridiculous!

And why did it take 15 minutes for me to get a toasted bagel and a smoothie? And the staff at the registeract like you?re bothering them simply by standing in front of them and placing an order. I go to this Panera because ofconvenience only. Service sucks and food is just okay-at times mediocre.

The place is clean, the food is fresh, the customer service is excellent, and they offer a wide variety of healthy options. The quality of the food is also very good.
