Panera Bread - Wilmington

This place must bring her stuff together. We placed an online order and someone stole it before we got there. Instead of replacing our food immediately, they threw us back into the queue and we had to wait almost half an hour until they get it back. One hour after our original order we got it. Ridiculous!

I'd give negative stars if I could. I made a mistake when ordering and missed to cut Bagels into slices. Workers on site were completely uncooperative and short, as asked to cut for order for me.

I gave them two stars because my food was fine, but they need to better manage their lunch. Why is there only 1 person in the register at noon? And why did it take 15 minutes for me to get a roasted bagel and a smoothie? And the staff in the register is like you? simply disturb them by standing before them and placing an order. I'm just going to this panera for convenience. Service sucking and eating is just okay-at times moderate.

Always good food, good service and portions that are reasonable, instead of the overblown portions you get anywhere else. Improves stopping a healthier lifestyle a little. Also order online and pick up it is a simple process and you can adjust your meal anyway you prefer.

Stopped in late to pick up some soup to bring home. There wasn't much left on the shelves for bread or a baked goods. And it appeared there were only 2 people really working even though there were 8 or 10 individuals.
