I have been dining at this restaurant for a few months now, usually for lunch about once a week. I typically spend around $20 and order various items, sometimes using coupons. I may ask for modifications on some items in my order, but the staff is always courteous and professional. My order is always correct. What Rozella Kuhn doesn't like about Arby's:
Didn’t have a drive-through which I needed because I have a toddler. Also they didn’t have their famous roast beef sandwich available for the next 30 minutes. Wouldn’t recommend this arbys. Even though there’s not many left around, it sucks cus they used to be my fav! View all feedback.
I liked the quality of the food and my Jamocha shake was thick as mud and remained frozen in the cup without melting.
The eating was satisfactory I ordered 2 large alcohol-free drinks from grubhub got only 1 the fries not look fresh and there was no ice in my soda. the sandwiches were tasty, they need to work on making the orders of people right and ensuring that eating is fresh.
6 employees. No drive thru, and no customers in store and still took them close to 10 minutes to make one order. Ice machine broke, so they had a large box with a plastic bag in it filled with ice. Soda machines were all water. No soda. As I left the store got some customers, and I watched at least 2 groups walk out with no food before I even left parking lot. This Arby's location absolutely Sucked! I will never go to that location again.
We had fish sandwiche was dry harley any tartar sauce.We got beef cheddar sandwiche was so good. But wished it had more cheese.We had beef sandwiche was also good.We also had fries they were very very dry but hot.. but very dryThey lost a star for that.The other star they lost every single table was not cleaned. The store was in kinda clean in the dinning room.The kitchen was fast the person took our oder looked like he did not want to be there.I hope he has a better day tomorrow.
The people working in this location are the only reason i gave it even a 3 stars they are so nice and professional but this place never has working bathrooms and is ALWAYS. out of arbys sauce somehow its the signature sauce get it together...will not stop me from going here just have to confirm they have sauce before i purchase again
