My first time having Somali food. I had Chicken Kay Kay with rice, a Beef Sambusa, and a malawah for dessert. Excellent! I recommend them all, as well as the spicy green sauce they come with. The coffee here needs cream and IMO should not be consumed black. That too was suggested by the helpful host, who made it perfectly.If I lived in Willmar I would eat here every week. I wanted to like it but everything about the whole experience was very unpleasant. I have no idea how this place is rated so high and that they can even stay open. FYI just because it smells like straight up pinesol does not make it clean. The hygienic standards are very subpar. Do NOT use the restroom! View all feedback.

The food was delicious. The staff was friendly. The atmosphere was lively. Stopped here while driving through town. Made for a great lunch.
This is a great place to come for a snack (sambusas! , a meal, or just for tea! There is cozy seating in the back and service has always been gracious.
