The shift manager refused to take them because it... read more Shift Manager on a power trip ... Visited this Arby 's for lunch on 11/25/23 and tried to use free combo card. The shift manager refused to take them because it was bad for them and then canceled our entire order and said we had to reorder. So is poor customer service. He also accused us of stealing them. Hope he doesn 't treat the workers and other customers like that. Definitely won 't be back.
