The cactus bread was thin, dry, relatively plain, and was never refreshed for the entire hour we were there. The fried chicken was overcooked. The busser over-bussed every table, basically taking any plate that someone wasn't sitting in front of (heard numerous remarks from other customers that went to use the restroom that the food they were working on was gone). Then all at once the servers vanished into the back for about 20 min while plates piled and a slight line formed at the till. Cleanliness was up to par for the most part, the dining room was well lit, and there was no telltale odor of a dirty fryer.

Every table was dirty. There was a literal finger nail on a table! The floors are covered in food and are sticky. They brought out the cheese bread once our entire stay. The ice machine didn’t have ice. When we asked the manager about why they didn’t have ice, he said he “couldn’t make the ice appear “. The ice cream machine was broken. I am a little shocked at the conditions of this place. The corporate office needs to step in. Hopefully we can get our money back.
