First... read more Unfortunately we received poor customer service here. We had ordered takeout and while we were waiting it started to rain so we asked to be seated inside. First they said there was no room which was not true as there were at least three tables available. So I went inside and a young lady said she would get a table ready for us. Then she came back and said the manager advised her that table was reserved for another party. So we ate outside in the rain and did enjoy the food. Too bad the service was horrible. I called the manager and let him know and when he again said the table was reserved I advised him we would have had time to eat there and that I didn't really think there was a reservation at which time he hung up on me. Do not bother with this place unless you like bad management. The young lady and young man I spoke to were both polite and management was trying to make them deal with the situation. Disgusting!

Fish was thin & soggy, fries were cold & hard. Service was very slow and staff did not come back to check quality after the plates were served.

We had the Montreal Smoked Meat on Rye sandwich and the Fish and Chips, both of which were excellent. We also tried the Georgian Breeze drink, which was stunning. The service was quick and incredibly friendly; I never felt like I was left waiting for attention. The prices are quite reasonable, and I definitely plan on returning very soon!

Take a look at the photos and tell me how often you get fries like this. Overall, we were very pleased with the portions, presentation and freshness of the food. Kids menu had a good range of options and the bill for 4 (couple and 2 grandkids) was lower than expected. We'll definitely stop in again.
