For 11:45 pickup ordered. twenty minutes later and eating was not ready yet. more terrible service. they ignored all who waited with over six crew members washing the windows.

I would give less IF I could. The store manager Guillermo is one of the most rude people I have ever met used profanity in front of patrons lied about serving sizes i.e. beef broccoli he said they are trained to give 90% broccoli and 10% beef i said that was ridiculous and he went off I asked to talk with him about this, he said he had an urgent conference call to get on 5 minutes later amazing he was still not on any call nice lie Guillermo . Visit Panda Express if you like BUT DO NOT visit this location as there is obviously not only a language barrier but a total lack of professionalism and patron service Shame on this Panda Shame on Guillermo.

I've had this Panda Expeess a couple of times and was very satisfied both times. It was just a quick lunch grab and glad I chose it. The food was hot and good quality. They have much better entres nowadays. I recommend this Panda Express,,, very satisfactory... Enjoy!
