Woolpack Inn - Feedback

What David B doesn't like about Woolpack Inn:
This restaurant caters more to drinkers than diners. The management prioritized maximizing revenue by creating a large space without much atmosphere to accommodate more diners. This detracts from the once fine ambiance the restaurant had. The food, however, is excellent. Don't expect fancy haute cuisine, but well-thought-out options that are tasty. View all feedback. I am visiting from the US and staying nearby. I decided to come here for dinner and a drink and was very pleased with my experience. For vegetarians, the soup of the day is always vegetarian and there are several good vegetarian options on the regular menu.
