What a pleasant surprise from the second you walk in the door. A beautifully restored hotel with chic furnishings and welcoming atmosphere. We were blown away that such a place existed in tiny Weston. As an added bonus everything on the menu is gluten free and around 70% of it is dairy free - a dining delight for those of us who have food intolerances - without the loss of any flavour or texture - absolutely magnific... This restaurant is excellent. The open-faced sandwiches were delicious. However, the mullet dish had a lot of bones. Additionally, the prices were a bit high.

We discovered a charming secret garden at the back of the restaurant. We opted for the special, which included a dessert and your choice of tea or coffee.
