Regularly visit Mr. O because it is by far the best place in town. Expertly made coffee combined with a considered and interesting menu make it worth a visit. Staff are friendly and the cafe is open and spacious so there's always room for me, the pram and friends or family. I love the earthly red juice, and the mango smoothie has a few extra different ingredients that make it deliciously different. View all feedback.

The coffee was nice but $37 for 2 coffees, 2 toasties and a large bottle of water seemed a bit rich in my book.Waiting over 20 minutes for these items in an empty cafe also wasn't ideal. I think they need to review their business model... No ones gonna rush back for a rip off and a wait. Sorry guys. View all feedback.
This restaurant is a hidden gem! The food was delicious, the tea and coffee were perfect, the service was excellent, and the atmosphere was very pleasant. There were many high-quality vegan and gluten-free options available. I highly recommend trying the Avocado Cashew Cheese toast (vegan) and Land Sea (gf) dishes - they were fantastic.
Best Cafe in Cessnock. Excellent coffee service. Friendly owner in modern setting. And no rank cooking smells like some other places. Highly recommend.
I personally loved this cafe and will be back. We enjoyed a casual Friday lunch with superb coffee. Service was excellent. Loved the grazing plate and the ravishing red juice.
The service at MR O is incredible. I have visited some of the top coffee spots around the world, but nothing comes close to MR O.
We had breakfast here this morning and it was perfection. Such great food, amazing coffee and a beautiful atmosphere. They also offer a really good kids menu. Such an asset to Cessnock... we will be back!
