My daughter and the staff member had trouble communicating, resulting in her receiving the wrong order of 2 banoffee waffles instead of the 2 buenos waffles she asked for. Despite being told that they would exchange the order, they refused to do so as it was printed on the receipt. This reflects poorly on the restaurant's business management for hiring staff who cannot effectively communicate in English and then blaming the error on a child.

Great service, definitely recommend, the waffles and milkshakes were amazing!
