Hong - West Lothian

Food and service was absolutely unforgiving. I put an order around 19:03 and my food came not until 20:49. almost 2 hours waiting for a delivery is completely unacceptable! especially if I have said that my food is delivered until 19:50. When eating finally arrived, it was as if it was made in a microwave and was not fresh at all. my noodles were dry and cold and remained so much together that when I poured the noodles on a plate, the noodles remained in the shape as if they were still in the container. as far as that is concerned, the soße was not existent and it was clearly reheated only in a microwave. while waiting for this delivery, I called twice to ask where my delivery was and the answer was both paintings that it was only on the way with the driver the time these phone calls were 20:00 and 20:33. this is by far the worst Chinese takeaway in west lothian and I would not recommend anyone to use them again because they do not care about their customers when they have their money. the food I received was barely edible and I had to throw the noodles out physically because they were so dry and banged together, it was disgusting!

We went there last night as we'd been before and loved it. But last night was awful. Waitress 1 got our order wrong and waitress 2 bought out our food without any knives or forks. The food tasted like it was yesterday's that had been reheated and dumped in batter, in fact I'm 100% sure that's what it was. There's more, but don't keep me going. Won't be going back, hope the owners read this. Gates

Thought we'd have Chinese instead of traditional Christmas Dinner this year. Preordered food at quarter past 4 for 7:30pm delivery, phoned at 8pm as still hadn't arrived. Girl said it was with the driver, fine. Phoned again at 8:50 to be told they never actually received our order. Was then asked to contact scoffable for them to resend my order, not a chance with a 4 year old tired and hungry. Will never order from here again, busy or not, I was blatantly lied to being told it was with the driver, then it suddenly disappeared? Absolute joke.

Ordered food at 19:15 and confirmed at 19:20, arrived 2H 05M later at 21:25. First time ordering here and really disappointed, especially as we called at 20:30 and were told out food was awaiting pick up by the delivery driver, Just Eat then called themselves at 21:05 and were told it would be 5-10 minutes or less. Food arrived at room temperature and inedible. When calling the restaurant to complain, they gave last minute excuses as to why it was late and how the food is cooked for their driver getting back, yet a 7 minute journey took them an hour. Wasn't offered replacement food and told to contact Just Eat for a refund. Will never order from here again. Thankful for the great service from Just Eat chat team helping resolve this.

Food was gr8 my partner accidentally ordered the wrong chicken and the lovely girl was happy to swap it and send out the 1 he was meant to get, free of charge even though it was our fault. Quality of the food was gr8 I’d definitely go back.
