The men... read more The Chinese food at this restaurant is quite good and reasonably priced. Orders are prepared quickly for pick-up, but not rushed like some other places. The menu selection is decent, with some meal deals available and complimentary prawn crackers if you spend a certain amount. Although I have not dined in, the restaurant appears clean with plenty of staff, so service is likely to be good.

This experience was very disappointing, and I do not plan on ordering from this restaurant again. I also questioned whether the delivery drivers use insulated bags to keep the food warm during delivery. Additionally, the salt and pepper chicken had more of a garlic flavor than pepper, and I found it to be lacking in salt.

I placed an order at 7:03 pm and my food did not arrive until 8:49 pm, nearly 2 hours later. This long wait time was completely unacceptable, especially since I was told my food would be delivered by 7:50 pm. When the food finally arrived, it seemed as if it had been reheated in a microwave and was not fresh at all. The noodles were dry, cold, and clumped together so much that they remained in the container shape when poured onto a plate. The chicken lacked sauce and appeared to have been reheated as well. I called twice to inquire about my delivery, being told both times that it was on its way with the driver (at 8:00 pm and 8:33 pm). This Chinese takeaway in West Lothian is the worst I have ever experienced, and I strongly advise against using them again. It is clear that once they have your money, they do not care about the quality of the food or their customers. The food I received was barely edible, and I had to throw out the noodles because they were dry and clumped together, making them inedible.

I ordered lemon chicken when I got it home there was egg shell in my rice and the meal was very bland. Not impressed. My partner ordered a lamb thai curry and asked for it to be a bit hotter but they went overboard .
