Just had Jinya ramen for the first time before a premiere at the Hollywood Chinese Theater and I thoroughly enjoyed the warm savory broth, the piece of cooked and floating pork, the whole boiled egg, the evenly cooked thin ramen noodles, all the fresh jalapeño and garlic add on spices on a cold weather day with the only other alternative at the awful Hollywood Highland Center being the Johnnie Rocket's, this Jinya Ra... My son and I walked in the restaurant at 8:31 as the stated closing time is 9:00. The gentleman stated that they closed at 8:30 and refused to serve us. All of the condiments for the ramen was still on the counter. Nothing had been broken down. I asked again for them to please serve us and they again said no and that they had closed.
