What User doesn't like about Jimmy John's:
I visited Load 520, only to find it closed, despite the employees being present and no sign indicating that they were shut down. The hours listed were until 6:00 PM. I ended up losing a big order that I had planned for a gathering with many friends watching football. It's really unfortunate for them, though it seems they don't care. Not very nice staff. they asked to lower the music because it has hard rock and not even 2 minutes later the music was turned on again. very rude. eating was also very tasty.

Definitely dont recommend this Jimmy Johns! I would pick another one!
Just hit 2 hours of waiting. People in my office won't order from this location anymore because of how long the delivery takes. Subs so slow you'll freak
Worst location ever. Every time I order from this location takes over an hour to get my food and something is always missing don’t wast your time calling the store either basically told by staff not his problem because he made the sandwich freak fast? Freaking joke!
