What User doesn't like about Jimmy John's:
I visited Load 520, only to find it closed, despite the employees being present and no sign indicating that they were shut down. The hours listed were until 6:00 PM. I ended up losing a big order that I had planned for a gathering with many friends watching football. It's really unfortunate for them, though it seems they don't care.
