We were disappointed our waitress did not keep her mask over her nose. Took 40 minutes to get our appetizer and then our dinner came immediately after getting appetizer. Gave my husband a Diet Coke that looked like part water. When he mentioned said something about it not working. It was just a weird experience. Food was good and would have been a 5 Star if waitress had been friendlier and more receptive View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Opa! Italian Greek:
There was an Easter buffet. So the waitress had to give us only drinks and cutlery. We sat without cutlery and hot food before us for good 5 minutes. In addition, they did not require or monitored people to wear masks while they were at the buffet. I felt very uncertain as the restaurant was crowded and no surveillance masks. The food quality was subpar. Cheap pizza, gros, shrimps and salads that came out of the bag.... View all feedback.
The restaurant was quite loud and uncomfortably warm, but the food was delicious and the service was attentive. Overall, I'd rate the food and service a 4, while the atmosphere gets a 3.
After waiting about 15 minutes, a waitress finally came to take our drink order. Shortly after we were seated, another couple was placed in the booth right behind us. When the waitress returned, she prioritized taking their order despite us having been there longer. It took roughly 20-25 minutes for our dinner to arrive after we placed our order, and during that time, the waitress didn't check in with us at all. Once our food arrived, it was excellent! However, after we finished eating, we waited another 15 minutes without seeing our waitress. Eventually, we managed to flag her down to request our checks since we needed to leave for our 6:30 appointment. Unfortunately, the waitress responded with an attitude, asking if we needed one or two checks. She took our cards along with those from the table behind us and then returned, tossing the checks down on our table without a word. To make matters worse, we were given the wrong card and had to switch with the table behind us. While the food was a definite highlight, the negative aspects of our experience were primarily due to the waitress's attitude and the unexpected length of our dinner, which took about an hour and a half. I understand that everyone can have a bad day, but it certainly detracted from what could have been a pleasant dining experience. We may return in the future to support a local business, especially since the food was good. Our late afternoon meal was very good. I ordered the veal parm. Tina ordered the Stromboli. Both were properly prepared. We took home some of the leftovers. I highly recommend this place. We really used to like this place. Being in the service industry for 23 years has made me a little more critical about how you are treated as a patron. We ordered a entree, kids dish and an appetizer. My wife only wanted a side of spaghetti and was going to eat some of my 3 meat meal. The waitress told us that it was not possible to order a side of pasta without ordering another entree. The menu has sides with prices listed on the back. When I stated that the menu has sides with prices on the back and asked again for the third time why I couldn’t just have a side of pasta for my wife she said “the kitchen don’t like to do that , so no” .. I mean . We ordered a full entree and wasted three quarters of it because “the kitchen don’t like to do that”. Perhaps you should print in bold letters above the “sides” on the back: You can only have a side if you order an entree , even though there are prices listed for the sides, you can’t order one because “the kitchen don’t like to do” Lamb was good, fettuccine was a small portion for the price and mid. Terrible service Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3
