They confirmed it was, so I went to pick it up, only to find that it... read more I placed an order for chicken Parmesan and, after an hour, called to check if it was ready. They confirmed it was, so I went to pick it up, only to find that it wasn’t in their system. After explaining my order, they processed my payment, and I waited about ten more minutes for food that consisted of undercooked pasta and burnt chicken and cheese. Overall, it was a disappointing experience. However, I've never had issues with my meals when they were at their previous location, so I’m not writing them off completely.

The food was e... read more I was recommended Monte Bianco and was told I wouldn’t regret it. Alexandra, our server, was wonderful—friendly and knowledgeable about the menu. The food was excellent! I’ll definitely be returning. The restaurant was spotless, including the bathrooms.
