Yes, we had a mozzarella stick appetizer, but those only take about 4 minutes! The chicken rollatini was completely lacking in flavor. We definitely should have gone to Golden Greek in Attawaugan, CT instead!

However, we were pleasa... read more My daughter and I visited Monte Bianco for lunch on a weekday and were initially uncertain about what to expect, as the place was empty. However, we were pleasantly surprised by the delicious food, which was also reasonably priced, and the portion sizes were generous. The atmosphere was cozy, enhanced by a nice selection of Italian American music. Our only concern was the service; although our server was friendly, she was not very attentive. We were the only customers in the restaurant, yet we had to call her over for drink refills, to request boxes, and for the check. She seemed more focused on chatting through the kitchen window than checking in with us. Despite this, we had to prompt her each time, even after waiting patiently. Overall, I would consider dining there again, but I hope to see improvements in service during our next visit.

They confirmed it was, so I went to pick it up, only to find that it wasn’t in their system. After explaining my order, they processed my payment, and I waited about ten more minutes for food that consisted of undercooked pasta and burnt chicken and cheese. Overall, it was a disappointing experience. However, I've never had issues with my meals when they were at their previous location, so I’m not writing them off completely.

I decided on the chicken marsala with extra sauce and also ordered rice balls to take home. I’ve ordered delivery from here several times, and every time I’ve visited, the restaurant is packed with no empty seats in sight. When I came in to pick up and pay for my meal, I was excited to try it at home. The portion size was generous, and the chicken, pasta, and mushrooms were all delicious. My only critique is that the dish lacked a bit of flavor—it felt like it was missing something. I’ve had chicken marsala many times before, and it’s one of my favorite dishes. I even make it myself! While I’m no professional chef, the sauce here didn’t quite taste like the traditional marsala I’m used to. Maybe this is just their authentic Italian style, but it just didn’t hit the mark for me. As for the rice balls, it was my first time trying them. They looked great, were a good size, and made for a decent appetizer, but I probably wouldn’t order them again since they didn’t suit my taste. Aside from that, no complaints—the portions were great and the customer service was fantastic!

The food was e... read more I was recommended Monte Bianco and was told I wouldn’t regret it. Alexandra, our server, was wonderful—friendly and knowledgeable about the menu. The food was excellent! I’ll definitely be returning. The restaurant was spotless, including the bathrooms.
