Our glasses came full of red lipstick (neither of us were wearing). The salad that normally comes with bacon came without. First we were told it never comes with it (we had it the week before and it did come with it) and then we were told that they were out (while we were eating wraps THAT HAD BACON IN THEM). When politely requesting a discount the manager (within an earshot) made very nasty comments about us. We spoke with the manager and she was just incredibly argumentative, and apparently we "should get used to glasses being dirty becuase that happens everywhere and all the time". It was overall a very negative experience.
