What OpenTable Diner likes about Ethiopic:
The food was perfection. It was our first time so I didn’t know that guests use the so to order. I figured it out. We got the vegetarian sharing plate for two and two hot teas. It was a lot of food but we had good leftovers. View all feedback. What Rich doesn't like about Ethiopic:
Great food! With the 20% service charge, the value goes way down. Also I don’t like the order by app feature. No real interactions with my waitress so I might as well have done takeout or fast food. But again, great food. View all feedback.

read moreEthiopic in DC offers a unique upscale dining experience in the hip H Street Corridor area. The restaurant features traditional Ethiopian cuisine with a focus on vegetarian and vegan options. The food is flavorful and satisfying, with options for samplers that allow you to try a variety of dishes. Prices are a bit higher than other Ethiopian restaurants in the area, but the quality and ambiance make it worth it. The service is efficient and friendly, making it a great choice for a nice dinner out. Overall, Ethiopic is a highly recommended spot for those looking for a polished and delicious Ethiopian dining experience in DC.
Great Ethiopian food with lots of variety and amazing injera. Cute place in what appears to be an up and coming neighborhood northeast of Union Station. Enjoy!
