What Paul Johansing dislikes about 1789:
Long standing Georgetown DC restaurant. Prix fixe 3 course menu so evaluation of food a bit limited. MY FIRST EXPERIENCE WITH THE 1789, WAS IN 1963 OR 1964. I HAVE BEEN BACK MANY TIMES OVER THE YEARS. IT IS ALWAYS OUTSTANDING.
