Contribute FeedbackReviews for a restaurant in a world-renowned hotel vary from disappointing due to slow service and lackluster food to outstanding for quality and value. The breakfast buffet is highlighted for its variety and quality. Portion sizes are praised, and surprise anniversary dessert is noted. Despite occasional service and staffing issues, the overall dining experience at this restaurant is seen as a mix of ups and downs, with some patrons eager to return for the food quality and ambiance. The staff is commended for their friendly and attentive service when fully staffed.
This lounge is very comfortable. Plenty of TVs. Service is great. You can have anything you want from the restaurant menu. I really like this hotel and all...
Waiting 40 minutes before even being acknowledged by someone. If I could rate 0 I would.
Went here to meet friend staying at hotel yesterday. Service was terrible. It was happy hour, but no HH menus anywhere or evidence of a HH. I knew because I...
Probably one of the worst restaurants I have ever been to. Once seated it took 15 minutes to even be Acknowledged and get coffee, another 15 to place an order. The coffee is the worst I have ever had, like they were actually trying to make bad coffee (I usually take my coffee with 2 creams and for this coffee 6 sugar and 4 cream later it still looked and tasted like butter Mississippi mud). The orange juice tasted expired or pungent and the food was barely okay (for a bill of $80 for 2 people I would have expected much better). Saved yourself a lot of money and a huge disappointment, skip this place.
Food was better than expected but just ok, service was poor. Tried it at night and unfortunately during breakfast also, not worth it.
