Cava offers a delightful array of customizable bowls and pitas that cater to veg*n diners, with a solid selection of vegan options. Their fresh ingredients, including tomatoes, cucumbers, and cabbage, create vibrant, hearty meals. Diners rave about the falafel—flavorful and tender—along with the spicy harissa and creamy hummus. While navigating vegan options can be a bit tricky, the menu clearly marks ingredients, making it a breezy experience. With attentive staff and a welcoming atmosphere, Cava stands out as a go-to spot, ensuring that all guests leave satisfied, whether they're vegan, vegetarian, or gluten-free.
I was just passing through the area when I stumbled upon Cava, a restaurant I first discovered in Boston thanks to a good friend, and I absolutely loved it! The best part is that you can customize your own bowl, which is fantastic. They offer plenty of vegan options, and there are vegetarian choices as well—there's truly something for everyone. I left feeling completely satisfied and happy! The staff were friendly and attentive, which made the experience even better. I'm so glad I found Cava; it definitely makes my travels easier. As someone who is both vegan and gluten-free, I was thrilled to see so many gluten-free options available. Thanks again, Cava!
We ordered a 'Make Your Own Bowl' and a mini pita with red pepper hummus and falafels. The pita was expertly prepared, and the falafels were tender and flavorful. It took us a little time to verify which items were vegan. This is an update from my earlier review on November 18, 2020.
The bowls and pitas were quite delicious. Many of the spreads and sauces were also vegan-friendly.
It was an average experience for ???? falafels. They offer pita and bowl option for that dish. Quantity is absolute amazing. Quality was also decent. Particularly falafel balls were not upto the standards it was soggy. Also dressing sauces were average. It has great ambience with upstair sitting area which is close to china town. One time visit is worthwhile.
