What Dominic Palmer likes about Ciao Bella:
The restaurant had a diverse crowd featuring people of all ages, children, elderly individuals, young adults, and couples of varying ages - just like what you would expect at an Italian restaurant. The location was beautiful with a relaxed and pleasant atmosphere, providing the perfect setting for a delightful and enjoyable dining experience. View all feedback. What Ellie Moore doesn't like about Ciao Bella:
The food was not cooked properly. The manager did not speak to us to apologise for the undercooked food. The waitress told us they would take the food off the bill, wich they did. The service was very poor, the restaurant was not busy that...night so there was no excuse for lack of service View all feedback.

read moreNestled in a picturesque setting, this Italian restaurant boasts a cozy atmosphere that appeals to all ages. While some patrons have experienced inconsistencies in food quality and service—ranging from undercooked dishes to mishaps with reservations—the warmth and hospitality of the staff have garnered praise. Signature offerings like the sirloin steak and exceptional pizzas, especially on Thursdays with a buy-one-get-one-free deal, remain highlights. Although the menu isn’t extensive, the flavors often satisfy. Nonetheless, improvements in management and food preparation could enhance the overall experience, ensuring both regulars and newcomers leave feeling delighted.
