Contribute Feedback What Dominic Palmer likes about Ciao Bella:
The restaurant had a diverse crowd featuring people of all ages, children, elderly individuals, young adults, and couples of varying ages - just like what you would expect at an Italian restaurant. The location was beautiful with a relaxed and pleasant atmosphere, providing the perfect setting for a delightful and enjoyable dining experience. View all feedback.
What Ellie Moore doesn't like about Ciao Bella:
The food was not cooked properly. The manager did not speak to us to apologise for the undercooked food. The waitress told us they would take the food off the bill, wich they did. The service was very poor, the restaurant was not busy that...night so there was no excuse for lack of service View all feedback.
Order for delivery pizza base not in the restaurant (preferably purchased in the super market) and much too bold with low quality toppings
Pizza and chips were nice, but we tried to book a day, called 6 times and no one answered, so we ordered a takeaway and wanted to inquire about allergens in something we had ordered, how it did not. easy to eat, ranked 17 teams and no one picked up, which means that they sent out to eat that I could not eat if it had been removed so easily from the teller
I booked a table for friends last night, which we rarely see. which meant to be a special, pleasant evening that 2 of my friends had traveled for an hour was ruined. I booked the table last week, received a confirmation and...also an email on the day before as a reminder of my booking and how they could not wait to welcome us. we came and the restaurant was closed! how can they book customer tables online while they stay closed! extremely unsatisfactory and what a waste of our time with what meant to be a beautiful evening!
As this place calls it itself an Italian restaurant very poor I am a cook itself spaghetti meat balls a sweat meatballs cut in half chicken dish I asked where is the hawn very over price empty restaurant on a Saturday night, what a...joke would not recommend that the mangaer should be embarrassed
I don't think Ciao Bella knows what it wants to be, Is it an italian, a carvery or a steakhouse? When my partner I visited on a Wednesday we were seated and asked what drinks we would like, I asked what lager is on...tap, they said just Carling, which for an Italian is pretty unusual, was kind of expecting Peroni or tti, but as that was the only choice that's what we had, some water was supposed to come but only the Carling turned up so had to ask for water again, then another two Carling came over and the girl looked very confused that we already had our drinks and then kind of stared at us for a bit from the bar, along with a few other staff, bit off putting being stared at but ok. couple of menu's were handed to us, regular menu and a steak night menu, we wanted Italian so kept with the Italian menu, we ordered our starter which was a calamari to share, really greasy and loads of garlic but edible, then mains we both had penne pasta rustica, it was alright, but unfortunately loads of garlic again, ingredients seemed like the cheap processed meat but again was edible, staff only came over to ask if everything ok with the meal once we had finished. Toilets had no toilet paper and we were one of the first in to be seated so obviously hadn't been checked, the decor is weird, seems more like a tiki hut kind of place rather than somewhere you would visit in Italy, although it was clean and well kept. Shame as I really wanted this to be a regular place we could visit as there aren't many decent Italian Restaurants around the area. Didn't have dessert as we were getting a bit paranoid being stared at and the not so great food and service, won't return but hopefully they can concentrate on being an Italian that serves good quality food and drink with good service in the future.
