We had to wait quiet a bit just to beh helped at the front counter, then a staff member was complaining about another staff member while we were still waiting to be helped.
The cream filled had about 1/2 tsp of cream. The glazed were not full and fluffy. Both were stale from not being in the display case. The girls working were more concerned with boyfriend talk than a customer. Will not go back to thus location..
Only good Dunkin is Columbia City Indiana,. Warsaw doesn't make the drinks correctly!
I probably won’t be ordering from here again. The donuts are consistently stale and old. Additionally, I can make much better matcha lattes myself. They also tend to fill the cup with too much ice, leaving you with less to drink. Overall, better training is needed for the staff, as the service is quite disappointing.
The dual-lane drive-thru at this restaurant makes it not worth anyone's time.
