The guy that worked 11/21/23 around 3 or 4pm need to be praise and promoted to manager. He can handle a crowd with grace and never got frustrated was very customer service oriented very very nice guy. It was the subway off center st next door to Claire'

I would put zero stars but I can't. Seems like everytime we order here they mess up somehow. Today when we order we got the complete opposite of what we ordered. We ordered a cold cut with pepper jack, lettuce, spinach, tomatoes, pickles, black olives, banana peppers, mayo and a spicy Italian with pepper jack and mayo but we got a cold cut with pepper jack and mayo and a spicy Italian with pepper jack, lettuce, spinach, tomatoes, pickles, black olives, banana peppers, mayo. DO BETTER SUBWAY

Ordered online for pickup. I ordered an Italian BMT on Herb Cheese. This was the worst sandwich! The bread was practically burnt, I asked for oil it was socked at one end of the bread. This is close to my work but I'll go the extra into town or to the one by the license branch.

I would give this restaurant a rating of 5 stars, but I was disappointed that I couldn't eat my lunch because I had to bring the sub back to show them that I didn't receive the extra items I paid for. Now I have no lunch and won't be able to eat for a few hours, which was a waste of my time.
