Ruby Tuesday - Warsaw
Ruby Tuesday
Description
Dining experiences can be a delightful mix of highs and lows, as reflected in recent visits to a local restaurant. While many guests praised the delicious salad bar and attentive servers, some reported issues such as miscommunication about online orders and inflated menu prices. Complaints about delayed service and unwelcoming staff detracted from the enjoyment for a few, yet others appreciated the freshness of the offerings and prompt main course servings. Overall, the restaurant shows promise with its quality food but needs to address service inconsistencies and pricing clarity for a more satisfying experience.

Good food... as soon as it was right. Order grilled salmon and hot the Hickory BBQ salmon. Cheese fries ordered and it had tomatoes. None listed in the description. The waitress was very nice and made it very fast, although I suspect that she took the salmon back and wiped the sauce. It still had a sweet taste when I got it back.
We ordered Plater for appetizer. Tasting BBQ and my husband really like this Mac and cheese. Kalli was brilliant our napkin at the bar. Good.
We had a fantastic experience at this restaurant! Our server was outstanding and assisted my wife and me with our selections. I tried the triple combo platter, which included ribs, shrimp, and chicken tenders with fries. My wife enjoyed the chicken dish she ordered. We also both enjoyed the salad bar, which was a unique and enjoyable feature. The portion sizes were generous - I was only able to finish my ribs and had enough leftovers for another one or two meals. Overall, a great dining spot!
The restaurant has a fantastic atmosphere and an outstanding salad bar. The burgers are above average and there is a decent selection overall. It's a top choice for the area.
There were two couples in our party. I checked online about the prices since we usually pay cash for meals and tip. The online menu said $8.99 for the salad bar. It was $13.99 so that was an extra $10 bill. The coffee was almost $3.00 a cup. Should update your menu online presence. Instead of mid $20's, it was closer to $40 with tip. The salad bar WAS very good which is why we met there, but I feel it's hard for a senior citizen to eat $14 worth of salad!
