The drinks took forever to arrive, and the food took even longer—three meals were completely forgotten. When I approached the manager, he promised to be at our table in a minute but didn’t show up until 40 minutes later. When I asked if we could get the forgotten meals prioritized since we had already waited 20 minutes, the manager argued that I was wrong, didn’t know when my party was seated, and implied that we were being difficult. The manager was drinking at the bar, visibly sloppy, and treated me with disrespect as if I didn’t matter. I will never return, and I’m truly disappointed that anyone else has to experience this.
