Eating is good, atmosphere is great. I gave only four stars because of the sulphur water. I can't believe that an elevated type of operation like this would not have a water filter system. The sulfur makes the water and well taste drinks and smell terrible. ? View all feedback.

Walk-ins are welcome at this restaurant, where you'll find delicious food served in generous portions. The service is excellent, with attentive waitstaff ready to make your experience enjoyable.
Came with my two kiddos and my husband tonight. Food was excellent. We had bacon bbq wrapped shrimp for appetizer and everyone loved it. There is no kids menus so kids are off the bar menu. Daughter had a burger and son had the wings. My hubby and I hadthe manicotti seafood Alfredo. It was sooooo good. Service was wonderful everyone helped serve us. We had bread people, water,people, server, and people that came to see if we needed to go boxes. Staff worked really well together. I would highlyrecommend this place.
I absolutely love this restaurant! I highly recommend the Rigatoni Gorgonzola; it’s incredible and keeps bringing us back for more. Everything else we've tried has been delicious as well, but that rigatoni truly stands out. A quick note: they offer sides and salads with every entree, even if they aren’t listed on the menu. On Sundays, you can enjoy $3 beers, $3 Bloody Marys, and 50-cent wings in the bar area.
I absolutely loved it! This is the best restaurant in the area. I only wish we had discovered it sooner. The upscale interior features stunning glass walls that offer a beautiful view of the greenery and lawn outside. The food is outstanding! I highly recommend it.

Had my son's birthday party with 16 people. You did an excellent job. The food was delicious and the service was fantastic. Very accommodating. One of my favorite restaurants
We had a great experience, this was our first time to go to Nu-Cavu and definitely wil back.
Just the best! Everything is always fresh and the weekly specials are so great to be happy! Perfect place to spend a Friday or Saturday evening in summer and autumn, especially when the jumpers land on the lawn! So cool! Nice place for a wedding in the Hudson Valley.
Very good staff very good people and even more amazing food. Absolutely recommend to go there, Absolute Perfection.
It's been awhile but went Sat. before Mother's Day to avoid the frey. The dining room very nice , we did not want dinner Staff very accommodating suggested we order from bar menu.which is what we did, everything was great . Will definitely go again
