Our party of 8 asked politely to sit on the lakeside patio on an 80 degree day at 4:00pm. 6 staff were standing idle by the kitchen, and we were told the patio was closed, even though other guests werealready seated outside. Disappointed with service alone.

Arrived with a group of 9. Waited quite awhile to even be acknowledged. We agreed to wait for outside seating, when a table became available it would not hold u... read more Arrived with a group of 9. Waited quite awhile to even be acknowledged. We agreed to wait for outside seating, when a table became available it would not hold us all. So 3 of us asked if we could sit at hightop. The lady with short brown hair was veryrude, she ended up cleaning a dirty table and we sat down. We all thanked her and she did not even respond, threw down the menusand walked away. We later found out she was the manager! Wow. We understand most places are short staffed, but this was uncalledfor behavior from the moment we arrived. We really didn't want to stay and give our business here but we did. The bartenderthat served our outside table was very nice, and he is the reason we stayed. Shame on you to the manager.

One person in our party had food allergies and only had two menu choices, both steak, a $40 steak was ordered. She was was brought a salad she was unable to eat 40 minutes after ordering. Her steak was super over cooked. Thewalleye dinner was decent. The person who had a sandwich was happy with their sandwich.

I can honestly say it was the best restaurant food I have ever had. I highly recommend eatinghere!

I would definitely give it five stars!
