What User doesn't like about Subway:
I received half the portion of pastrami I ordered. When I asked the server about it, she said that two pieces in one sandwich is the standard portion for a foot-long sandwich. She did not even have a full sandwich, only half of what should have been two sandwiches. Are they good at portioning? Their staff seems more interested in criticizing customers than providing good service. View all feedback.
This saltwater shopping underground is terrible. it looks as if the owners only talk about the money and not about customer satisfaction. no sandwich of the day etc.

Was there late at night,the sweet lady came out with the best subs,we got 5 foot long,So good.
I always go to this subway even though I live in Hawaii kai. The staff at this subway is always friendly and polite. However, today experience was totally different. The guy who work there (owner's son) was very unfriendly, unprofessional and just rude... seem like he didn't wanted to be there... that's the 2nd time he fix our sandwich and both times bed experience... also, didn't get chips with our sandwich... might have to look for new subway to go or go back to Hawaii kai subway...!!!
This huge international chain offers lots of choices for big sub sandwiches. My favorites are tuna and salami.
