It's possibly the most romantic pub ever. Beautifully old with a modern and very stylish twist. An absolute must for the discerning weekender.

Nestled in the heart of Ticehurst this venue puts a huge amount of effort into ensuring the guests are welcome, the atmosphere in the bar and restaurant is a credit to the hard working staff.

Average service while at pub for Saturday evening dinner with friends. Drinks order was forgot about, table took too long to clear after finishing starter and didn’t offer us if we wanted any further drinks despite all glasses empty (we had to ask). Main’s were over price for delivered quality and under seasoned.
