I did stop by for a drink, but they closed at 9:30 on a Saturday, turning off the lights and locking the door as we were leaving. I'm very disappointed.

I booked a table through this website and arrived at the pub at the scheduled time, only to find it closed! There was no indication of when it had last been ope... read more I booked a table through this website and arrived at the pub at the scheduled time, only to find it closed! There was no indication of when it had last been open (it didn't seem very recent) or when it might open again. Thankfully, we were able to get a reservation at a fantastic Indian restaurant in Wadhurst.
