What User doesn't like about U-swirl Frozen Yogurt:
Tonight, I visited Uswirl for some yogurt. One of my friends had never tried frozen yogurt before, so we asked if we could sample it. The staff member we spoke to was very rude and simply said, "We don't have it." We took the hint and moved on. I wanted to give a shout-out to the young woman who helped us this evening at 6 PM. I didn't catch her name, but her service truly impressed both my husband and me. We brought our little ones for their first self-service frozen yogurt experience. The girl was friendly, asking about our day and whether we had any fun plans for the weekend.
