I wanted to give a shout-out to the young woman who helped us this evening at 6 PM. I didn't catch her name, but her service truly impressed both my husband and me. We brought our little ones for their first self-service frozen yogurt experience. The girl was friendly, asking about our day and whether we had any fun plans for the weekend. As someone who works in the service industry, I can say that it's rare to come... View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about U-swirl Frozen Yogurt:
Tonight, I visited Uswirl for some yogurt. One of my friends had never tried frozen yogurt before, so we asked if we could sample it. The staff member we spoke to was very rude and simply said, "We don't have it." We took the hint and moved on. A few minutes later, other customers came in and asked for sample cups, and he was just as rude to them. Another employee overheard the situation. My friend ended up getting s... View all feedback.
I might have been a bit biased, because I'm not really a dessert type of person. sat with my wife and my son, I thought it was kind of expensive. only for me and so it was a little over $17. I was surprised that there was no military rebate. ok to see the positive. nice clean business to bath, personal was friendly, a great selection of frozen yogurt sorbet etc., so many toppings available that it was hard to choose. I occasionally see myself coming back when I come to waco.
I always go to Peachwave in Hewitt and it is excellent but thought it was a little pricey so I wanted to try this place so I would have more options. The flavor is not near as good as Peachwave and price is ridiculous,I paid 7 dollars for this cup full at Peachwave,10.30 here!!!
I had the opportunity to stop in at U-Swirl today on our travels through Waco. It was a very pleasant surprise! It’s a large store, but it is very clean and the topping bar was full of delicious looking toppings. The NSA chocolate was so yummy! The music playing was soft but enjoyable to listen to. Thank you for such a great experience today!!
$10 for a fairly full container of froyo, which is considerably higher than the shops in my regular rotation in north Dallas. However, they had a lot of flavors that I've never tried before and the toppings bar had more variety than I've seen at other shops. The blueberry boba and the confetti sprinkles gestalted with the yogurt in a surprisingly tasty way. Worth the price premium.
The cookies and creme and chocolate have zero flavor. I worked at a yogurt shop for 5 years. They arent mixing the yogurt properly. the condiments are stale. multiple machines were broken. the hide the price per ounce from you (talk about a lack of transparency) ended up paying over $10 for a little cup. they refuse to give samples (even though covid is long over). won't be coming back here
